ATTENTION: Please read these Terms and Conditions for use of this website! By clicking on the “Agree” box when you place your order, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, no transaction can be completed.
Items represented on this site constitute only an offer to sell. Even after you have placed an order online, the sale is not complete until an employee of Muskoka Olive Oil Co. of Bracebridge, ON, has accepted and processed the order. All orders, including orders designated for in-store pickup, must be paid in advance. No order will be considered complete until payment has been received. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All credit card data is transmitted securely.
If, for any reason, you do not wish to place an order online, you may also order by phone or fax.
Muskoka Olive Oil Co. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this site. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes and that they apply to you. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website. If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use this website will terminate automatically.

Order Processing Time
Orders take from 1 to 2 hours during regular business hours to prepare. We will contact you via email when your order is ready for pick up, locally scheduled for delivery, or being shipped. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If an item is out of stock, please allow up 5 business days for your order to be filled. If an item has a limited supply or has a longer lead-time to fill, we will contact you with 48 hours of when you placed your order.
Pricing, Quantity Limitations, & Substitutions
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are valid on the day of sale and not guaranteed beyond that date. If an item is out of stock, we will try to contact you for substitutions and hold the order until noon the next business day.
Shipping & Local Delivery
All orders that you request to be shipped will be sent via Canada Post. Canada Post takes approximately 2-3 business days for delivery in Ontario and Quebec, and 5-7 business days elsewhere in Canada.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. It may take longer during the busy Christmas Season. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information to your email address. Please ensure the email is correctly entered at the time of ordering, as this cannot be changed once the order is placed; entering an incorrect email will prevent order status updates from being correctly issued. We are not responsible processing and/or shipping delays that may occur due to incorrect addresses, weather, or events beyond our control.
If the courier cannot find the address, or the person has moved, a redelivery fee of $25 plus tax will be charged to deliver to a new address.
Please note that we do not ship to Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut, or the Northwest Territories.
For Gift Baskets, our shipping fee is per Gift Basket. Please place a separate order for each Gift Basket.
For Local Delivery, it will be to your front door, or previously determined area. Once delivered, the customer takes responsibility for the delivered order. Muskoka Olive Oil Co. is not responsible for any delivery delays or packages which have been lost/stolen or tampered with after delivery.

Cancellations, Damage, and Returns
Cancellations are allowed up to the time of shipping or if delivery is refused. If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please call us at 249-502-0967 within six (6) hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any applicable charges. Orders which are not cancelled within six (6) hours are subject to a non-refundable handling fee equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the order.
Once an order has left our store, no refunds are allowed.
Should a product be found defective, please contact Muskoka Olive Oil Co. within 48 hours and a review will be initiated. Muskoka Olive Oil Co. reserves the right to accept or decline a product due to defects based on industry standard practices as allowed by Ontario law. If a product is deemed defective, it will be replaced with like product of the same size and price.
In the case of breakage, visual photographic proof of the product along with all damaged shipping materials will be required for acceptance. In the case of loss, non-delivery verification will be required. Replacement product(s) will be shipped following receipt of satisfactory verification of the issue.
To return your product, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
Title of Ownership
Title for all products you order from us transfers to you once your order is approved by your credit card company. If you choose shipping as a delivery method, you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
All Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, but once they leave our facility we can no longer protect them from weather-related damage. Muskoka Olive Oil Co. is not responsible for any products that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process.
During summer months (June-August) we do not ship fudge or chocolate products or cheese products which require refrigeration.
The material contained in this website has been checked for accuracy; however, there may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. Muskoka Olive Oil Co. expressly disclaims all liability for errors or omissions in, or the misuse or misinterpretation of, any information contained on this website. Information published on this website may refer to products, programs or services that are not available in your province. Without limiting the foregoing, the products published on this website are provided “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, either express of implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
If you find a technical or factual inaccuracy, or typographical error, please contact Muskoka Olive Oil Co. and the issue will be reviewed and/or revised without any liability.
If any communication from this website is not in conformity with any jurisdiction rules and regulations governing solicitation, advertising, shipping and/or transacting business in such jurisdiction, then such communication and any offers made herein in connection therewith, shall be void to the extent prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
Neither Muskoka Olive Oil Co. nor any third party involved in creating or delivering this website will be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this website, even if the Neither Muskoka Olive Oil Co has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Neither Muskoka Olive Oil Co may change information contained on this website at any time. All users of the material agree that access to and use of the material is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this legal notice, as well as all applicable laws. You assume the full risk and responsibility in using this website. If you are dissatisfied with this website or any content on the site, your remedy is to discontinue using this site.
