Muskoka Lemon Olive Oil Fused Almond Biscotti 🍋
Bright, zesty biscotti made with our Fused Lemon Olive Oil! Perfect with coffee, tea, or as a snack anytime. Try this delicious treat at home! 🫒🍪
Ingredients:
2 ½ Cups all-purpose flour
1 Teaspoon baking powder
½ Teaspoon salt
1 Cup whole raw almonds
2 large eggs
1 Cup sugar
½ Cup Fused Lemon Olive Oil
Zest of 2 lemons
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and almonds.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, sugar, olive oil, lemon zest, and juice for 1 minute.
Combine wet and dry ingredients on low speed until blended.
Transfer dough to a clean counter and knead briefly until smooth.
Divide dough into two equal pieces and shape each into a log.
Finish baking and enjoy the lemony crunch! 🍋✨
