Blood Orange Olive Oil Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
3 tbsp Muskoka Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh orange slices (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix blood orange olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture over salmon fillets and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh orange slices for extra citrus flavor.
