Ingredients
Pasta of choice – rotini, penne or fusilli
Sliced Black Olives
Sundried Tomatoes
Grape Tomatoes
Cucumber
Feta Cheese
Muskoka’s Tuscan Herb Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Muskoka’s Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Cook pasta to al dente and run under cold water to stop the cooking. It’s important to not overcook the pasta so it doesn’t break apart and holds up well with the other ingredients.
For the dressing, whisk together or shake the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and set aside.
When you are ready to serve it, place all ingredients in a large bowl and top with dressing. Mix well to combine.
