A FUSED (or “agrumato”) olive oil is created when the olives are pressed simultaneously with fresh fruits or herbs at the time of crush. Each blend produces a rich delicious flavour of the combination of the olives and fruit or herbs that was combined at the time of pressing. INFUSED (or flavoured) oil is produced when herbs and spices are added after the olive oil is pressed. The olive oil picks up the flavours of the added ingredients, intensifying over time, producing a robust flavoured oil.
All of our flavoured olive oils are made with the natural liquid form of the herb or fruit that is featured such as Garlic, Rosemary, or Blood Orange. We NEVER use artificial flavours. There are no chemicals, artificial, synthetic ingredients, dairy or wheat used in any of our flavoured products. All our oil infusions are natural and come from plant based essential oils.
