Handcrafted in California using 150-year-old traditional methods, this walnut oil is slowly roasted, expeller-pressed, and lightly filtered. It adds warm, nutty flavour to salads, pasta, grilled meats, and baked goods, and makes an excellent bread-dipping oil.
